Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Splitwin. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
1. What Splitwin does
Splitwin helps users record shared expenses, group balances, settlements, members, currencies, and related activity. The app is a record-keeping and expense-splitting tool. It does not move money, hold funds, provide banking services, or act as a payment processor.
2. Your account and data
You are responsible for the information you enter into Splitwin, including expenses, group members, amounts, currencies, settlements, and notes. Please check entries carefully before saving them. If you share a group invite link, people who use that link may be added to the group.
3. Ads and Splitoo
Splitwin may include rewarded ads and in-app credits called Splitoo. Splitoo is used only inside Splitwin. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted if fraud, abuse, or technical errors are detected.
4. Fair use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access accounts or groups you are not allowed to access, interfere with the service, abuse invite links, manipulate rewards, or submit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Splitwin reliable, but the app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party services, platform changes, or technical problems.
6. Limitation of liability
Splitwin is provided as a tool to help organize shared expenses. You remain responsible for verifying balances, settlements, and real-world payments with the people involved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splitwin is not liable for losses caused by incorrect entries, disputes between users, service interruptions, or reliance on app data without verification.
